Opua Primary School
Opua School provides specialist tuition in Music, Language, Physical Education Maori and Technology. Classroom programmes are designed to achieve the fullest potential from each child and thus ensure that children with special abilities are extended. Much is being done to ensure that children with special needs are catered for with programmes designed to support and encourage them in their holistic growth and development.

Paihia/Waitangi Kindergarten
Paihia-Waitangi Kindergarten is a ‘hidden treasure’ tucked away behind the beach at Waitangi in the glorious Bay of Islands.

A parent-run playgroup for children aged 0-5. Currently runs Thursdays 9.30am to 12.30pm.
